Points or DTA (OPEN)

If you want this guy/girl then you could ether pay 10-20 's and get it immediately 

or

you could draw to adopt and hope that your the one I chose to take this guy/girl home.
Note:
 The DTA is not a first come first serve. I will chose the one most deserving of it.
 The drawing has to be in color.
 You should use the character as often as you can.
 Don't enter/adopt if your not going to use them
 If you want resell that's fine
 Be sure to credit me, link back or state that the design is not yours.
 Please don't complain when you don't get it
